I'm about to add some parts to my Circle BMW order that has taken forever for them to fill so I can just get everything I need in one fell swoop.
So just need to check out these part numbers to insure they are what I think they are:
51 71 8 413 359 Z3 Reinforcement Plates
31 32 1 129 977 Conical on one side and flat on the other(thrust washer I guess?) that goes over the conical part of your front strut shaft. Goes between the top of the strut shaft and the upper spring perch. The diagram in the ETK is vague to say the least, and has almost no part info on it.
31 33 1 110 196 Dust protection cap that goes underneath the front strut mouunt to protect the bearings from dust.
Some monkey mechanic(at a dealership probably) failed to assemble the front right suspension with all the necessary pieces upon a strut replacement. Go figure...
