I am having problems finding a battery for my daughters 2003 Mini cooper (non S).

The local autozone, advance auto parts and Sears don't have one. I am trying to avoid going to the dealer.

Suggestions? Any good brands to look for at a reasonable price?

In this case depending on your serial number your Mini Dealer might have a good answer for you. Give him a call and your particulars. There has been an extended battery replacement plan.
