I have ordered a lot of parts from understeer.com in the few years that I have owned my car. I have had great service from them everytime. They answer any questions, and the shipping is very fast. I purchased a lot of primarily UUC products from them, but if I need anymore I will buy from them.

What have other peoples experiences been with understeer?

What did you end up ordering? Just wondering as most of my orders have just been 2 or 3 items at once.

I've ordered twice from them. First time was a short shift kit and second time Headlights/HID/AE kit from understeer. I had no problems except for a back order on the lights which is understandable.

I know Chris who runs understeer.com. I bought my BBS rims and fan delete kit from him. I think he is a stand up guy. He even let's me come over and reset my CEL once in a while.

so the general consensus here is that they are a dependable, reputable vendor through which i can order parts and not have a hard time getting them? i have a friend who instructed me to steer clear of understeer, but he may have just gotten unlucky...i like to know i can trust people before i go throwing money at them because unlike ALOT of people on this forum, i dont have the extra paper to spare.
