Has anyone ever tried to fit a M5 front bumpr on a 740il Please help I had an accident and cracked mine and I would rather replace it with one from a 5 series.

buy 2, cut one in half, cut a section out of the middle of the other one, put them together and you will have a wide enough bumper, can't guarantee it will look good if the proportions are off by too much, but it can be done

Its a E38/M5 style bodykit offered on Ebay Germany. It is a whole front bumper, not just a cover that snaps on. It removes the front bump strips too.
