Am3n - yes, those lips were 5" rears and 3.5" fronts. IMO anything exceeding that would be overkill. :)

I was offered a very decent price. The car was about to hit the 100K mark, so I quickly sold her (wheels, kit, audio, the whole shebang). Its really not worth it to keep after warranty.

We currently have our Durango and a BMW E38. Just waiting to see what the new 7 will really look like before I pull the trigger on the new whip! :D

No ones an older pic but they all have alpina badges. As long as the badges look good to me I dont care who likes them or not. My car my tastes...:shifty.....:cool yep I am a poser lol...but hey its paid for and mine is the only one I have ever seen in person with mud flaps.

Yep we have the same color cars...and live the color and so does everyone that sees it.

Yeah my previous 745 had the cooled seats but I thought of that option as more as a gimmick as with the 745s cooling system I never used them.

The sport seat is so freaking firm but each day I am getting more used to them.

Options wise it has:

Premium Sound
convenience package
sport package
park distance control

Yeah lol but the pearl leather in the sport is so much nicer than the leather that was in my previous 745i.

The RL I test drove had active cruise control but I didn't test it out but yeah its cool that a 03 has that feature:eek: even rarer than the sport 745.

I sorely miss my old cars cooled and massaging seats

Our cars are almost twins on the outside other than your nice 21" rims and my blacked out chrome.

it would be dope to have a meet up but we are bother on the opposite sides of the country lol.

The color is candy violet, and i just wanted to do something different, that nobody else would have the balls to do. LoL.. The car is all show, so it was built to be noticed, win car shows, and to promote my shop. Plus Who can forget about a candy purple 7series!?

It's true, but that's only because you're used to looking at the newer E65 style now, I found the same whilst just browsing the E65 gallery and then looking at E38s after! If you spent time with the E38 again for a while, you'd notice how bulky and unimaginative the E65s styling is compared to the E38. But like stated, the newer interiors are infinitely improved.

Please excuse the black grilles on the 740...I ordered some just in case it might look decent. It didn't. Taking them back off once I get motivated to order the originals (my originals were crap).
