For sale is a 1998 fern green m3 with 137k miles. This car was supposed to be a donor car for an e30 project I was going to do, but I am now realizing I don't have the time for it. This car had rear end damage, with a perfect drivetrain. I have driven this car on and off of my trailer with no problems as the water system was 100% intact. I acquired the car from a copart insurance auction, so I have no previous owner information. I believe I have some dealer maintenance paperwork that was in the car.

I have a video of the car starting and idling smoothly, then revving smoothly as well, with a full walk-around. Please limit video requests to serious buyers only.

I can deliver the car almost anywhere in SoCal for the cost of fuel. My time will be basically free. Would like to keep the sale to SoCal, but if you handle transportation I have no problem with the car going further. I also have a friend who might be willing to tow the car long distance for a per mile fee. I'm not sure if our forum sponsor Intercity Lines will transport parts cars.

- Engine/drivetrain: complete, minus the radiator.
- No interior
- No wires inside the car (engine harness 100% intact)
- No steering rack
- No ps pump
- No windshield
- Body: missing entire front end to the frame rails, mirrors, trunk lid, pass fender, side moldings, and sideskirts. Still has hood, drivers fender, doors, and sunroof panel.
- Exhaust: complete front to back.
- Suspension: all lower control arms bent. Everything else intact.
- Brakes: no front spindles or calipers (will put some non-m spindles up front to transport car). Everything else intact.

I tried detailing the missing parts from the car. The car really has a LOT of parts left on it, and for parts it is worth much more than my asking price. You could use this car for your project, then sell the leftover parts and get a lot of your money back, especially if you don't use the interior.

LOL by the time it got shipped there, you may as well have bought a car local to you and had more parts available.
