Not in a hurry, but am cuirous how many days did it took from when you placed your order to the box showed at your door?

Took mine over a month because they never called or sent an email or anything
to tell me that they needed the 3 digit security code on the back of my card before they could ship it, and that it had been sitting in their warehouse for 2 weeks.

so prolly good to call them after 3 weeks of nothing

ordered m3 bumper with detachable lip knowing they were getting them soon, m3 bumper with molded lip showed up in the benjamin box, PM'd APXDDM about switching my order n confirming my shipping info, got a PM back the next day with the tracking number. the bumper was shipped out the day before but they didn't get a chance to PM me.

they are fast if they have the stuff in and ready to go. i would say 80-90% of the time, their expected sales figure gets blown out of the water n that's when people have to wait. they are always willing to cancel your order and return your money if you get tired of waiting; however, nobody is willing to pay $100+ for the same product so they end up just sits patiently and waiting.

I ordered my stuff before 580 people simultaneously placed their order. I didnt mind that I missed the price drop because DDM's prices were already lower than what the market was providing. I waited less than a week, service was great, packaging of the product was incredible, and obviously the price was in a range that a person who has to mod on a budget could afford.

I was so pleased with this company and the direction they are leading the market, I submitted a resume and start on location June 2nd. I have probably already helped or attempted to help many of you from Colorado.

I just talked to the guys there yesterday, right now theyre sending packages from the 17th or something if I remember correctly, should be two weeks tops.

Anyone on backorder for headlights will be contacted tomorrow by phone to tell you what day your lights will ship.

Back in late April we sold 580 pairs of headlights. I expected about 250 sales. Since that time we have probably sold that many more AGAIN. With ordering leadtime to Taiwan and China plus the 3 week boat trip/customs clearance, it takes time to clear the lag in supply versus orders. If we were selling at high prices and shipping 1 or 2 sets of lights per week like some, this wouldn't have been an issue. It won't be an issue at all soon. I'm currently in stock on all lights and have ordered multiple containers of lights from DEPO and will continue to do so.

We are still adding people and will be adding more. I'm committed to taking care of all customers in a timely fashion. And I do it at 50% of what others sell for.

I believe I bought all my items from them on Monday. I haven't been contacted with a tracking number or order number or anything, so I sent an email. Hopefully things go right =/
They're prices are incredible, if only they could improve the time it takes to get the order out.

It took all of my items to arrive 2 weeks. And I was extremely happy with DDM. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

I got my stuff in about 4 days, which is about the same as when I ordered from bavboy.com. The only difference is that DDM sent the right part, and then for some reason I got called an idiot and that I actually had the right part. It was pretty funny when whoever it was realized I was right.

We are down to 44 sets of headlights on backorder. 90% of those will ship by Friday. The remainder will ship on Monday.

Anyone waiting for foglights or other brick-a-brack wil get those shipped to them on Wed. The boat with all the other stuff arrives Saturday, we expect to ship by Wednesday.

We'll be in good shape on headlights and other items from then on out. I've ordered enough to be prepared for another 1000+ headlight assault.

Give us a couple of weeks with the new guys on board and we'll get pre-built for the next massive sale.

That is the plan we are working on. Plus, if we cannot ship everything on an order by tomorrow, we will ship partial and eat the cost on shipping backorders as we always do.

This calling program is for headlights only at this point. Anyone waiting for a bumper should have been contacted multiple times by now.

Other small items that may be on backorder are ALL scheduled to ship no later than Wednesday.

Every one with a pending headlight orders should have gotten a phone call with an estimated shipping date. Bumpers come in June 19th and will be shipped out then.

What a idiotic thread to say the least. OP you are ignorant of how a business like there's works. One can only hold a business accountable for so much of the process between ordering and you receiving it. One word: shipping. And that's not even the whole story.

Our goal is 24 hour shipping. Remarkeable prices led to unbelievable order volume which couldn't be coped with on the material supply side or on the labor side. Things are returning to normal now.

We would be completely caught up tomorrow if it wasn't for the surprisingly fast adoption of Apexcone as the new headlight standard. We sold a suprising majority of Apexcone. I guess the $100 headlight/HID deal was just too good to resist. God help us when we go to Direct Delivery Marketing (for those that have been wondering what DDM stood for, let the light bulbs start to come on) and Euros with HID cost a lot less than that.

In any case, the boats and planes are landing and the last stuff will be out of here by Wednesday.

In July, we'll be on our way to knocking the last of the gouging out of the market and we'll see how well we can do.

I would not be posting if you guys didn't tell me that you wouldn't charge my account until the order was ready to ship. Then I was given a story about the accountant processing orders by mistake.

In a way I feel that since you have my money now, shipping the products I ordered is not the priority.

Again please give me some specific details about the status of my orders, i.e. tracking numbers.

look about a year back, you sent me a set of dinged up 55 watt hids. this was before i was a "fanboy" i was actually working on a sponsorship with understeer via ddm/apexcon products. but i soon found the way

I can't speak to "dinged up" 55W HIDs. If you ordered them through a retailer, you won't be in our system. If they have a problem or were damaged in shipping, we take care of it.

Second, your case points to EXACTLY why we don't ever sponsor anyone. We don't buy opinions or support. I think its just the wrong message to send. Your case and your statements above support my thinking entirely:

You wanted a sponsorship, we don't do those and now now you've "found the way" Whether you are actually shilling for a vendor or not based on subsidized product or not, your statements certainly seem to support it.

We don't buy favorable reviews from customers and we won't buy our way out of bad ones. Integrity is priceless to me, you seem to have a definitive price on yours. Good luck with that.

I have called into the office and have Paul and Marcus taking a look at your situation. I will dissect the billing conditions after we get your orders taken care of to your satisfaction. If you were billed before shipping it basically comes down to two situations. If you ordered online, the Yahoo Store bills you on checkout, there's nothing I can do about that. If you were billed afterward for a call-in order etc, then that is a mistake. I have corrected an issue where shipping was printing out shipping labels in advance of shipping orders. That act would trigger billing in the accounting department because the rules we have state that we bill on shipping, generally at the same time. If someone in shipping prints out a shipping label before they can or do ship the product, this can occur.

In any cases like this, the customer can choose to have us refund the shipping until we can ship.

As an update, all known order for DEPO headlights have shipped today. A few orders for Apexcone headlights will ship next week, most likely on Wednesday but I will have a better idea exactly on each persons order on Monday. We have to verify the arrival of more containers by ship that are scheduled to dock tomorrow. If they all pre-clear customs and don't get X-Ray'd, Wednesday will be the shipping day.

It took two weeks to get my order from BavToys and they are about an hour north of me. No tracking number either.

And habbie called my cell phone a few nights in a row around 9 PM just to "chat", nothing to do with my order :shifty
