I have a set of RE underdrive pulleys for an E36 for sale. It includes the power steering pump and water pump pulleys. They are in great shape with no defects, etc.

That is if you run a lightweight CRANK pulley AND a lightweight flywheel. You remove the harmonic balancers from the rotating components and cause undesirable stress on the engine.

KYLE is correct, only modifying both the harmonic balancer and these pulleys with throw things out of sync. I wouldnt recommend changing the harmonic balancer at all.
