Whats the story, or link to thread about it if already written one

The story is I sent him $540 for a 3.38 diff on May 24th, and I don't have it. He has been impossible to get in touch with, hardly returning emails/calls. Claims the diffs shipping box was broken into and damaged while in transit - in Pittsburgh - which makes no sense since he's in Boston and I'm in NYC - why would it go to Pitt? He also said he can only refund me through paypal and he couldn't refund me until the diff was shipped back to him from USPS. There are a number of issues mentioned above that are the sellers responsibility - a buyer should not have to be put on ice.

I'm interested in all the pillar trim... A, B, & C pillars from both sides of the car. Please shoot me a price.
