View Full Version : WANTED: E36 door panels, coupe or convertible, BLACK
NiTrOuSoXiDe 05-18-2008, 09:29 PM So I've been needing new door panels because mine are all chewed up, but today somehow I managed to screw mine up.
Sooooooo here's my good reason to just buy the new door panels. I'm looking to buy somewhat locally, and I will travel a little bit for the right ones. PREFERABLY I want leather wrapped ones, but I'll take the normal base model ones for the right price.
Any help is appreciated, thanks!! :)
NiTrOuSoXiDe 05-18-2008, 09:41 PM If someone could find me these door panels.......that would be awesome....

SilburSurfer 05-18-2008, 11:59 PM Their Lux package leather door panals, but i'll try to help you find some, first things first though, when you gettin your stuff painted?
Anthony914 05-19-2008, 12:38 AM ^ do u do painting or something?
SilburSurfer 05-19-2008, 12:46 AM My family owns a body shop, paint booth and everything, so in a way yes.
Anthony914 05-19-2008, 12:49 AM pm me on what im looking at for a front/rear bumper, sideskirts, mirrors :)
NiTrOuSoXiDe 05-19-2008, 03:20 AM Yeah, there's a set of them on Ebay for sale for $600. F- that, I'm not paying that much. I might consider if they were both perfect, but one of them is kind of worn.
In a perfect world, I'd have the lux panels, but I'm being realistic and I'm willing to take anything as long as it's in good condition. I might just take a nice set of the regular ones, and when I get my seats re-upholstered I'll have them do something nice with the door cards too. I want the woodgrain door handles though....
Ty Vil 05-19-2008, 08:30 AM have you called Joe Funk at Autobahn Sport?
SilburSurfer 05-19-2008, 09:57 AM get me a glovebox trim piece either carbon fiber or regular and mines yours.
NiTrOuSoXiDe 05-19-2008, 01:08 PM Would my black one suffice? You own a paint shop dude, paint it to your desired color! :)
Also, no I have not called that guy/place. I've never heard of it. Care to elaborate?
Thanks!!
SilburSurfer 05-19-2008, 01:17 PM Autobahn is a parts shop in portland and they always have parts and probably what your looking for, and Joe Funk is a pretty nice guy that wont mind helping you find what your looking for.
NiTrOuSoXiDe 05-19-2008, 01:38 PM Alright cool, I'll have to look up this funk fella. Should I just call them and ask for him by name?
I called Aurora and they don't have the nice lux ones, but they're going to call me back and let me know what they do have.
They tend to over charge though. Still better then the stealer...
