I just ordered my car from Classic last week. The sales department was great. The sales guy I worked with was patient, not in my face, kept appointments, found cars to test drive quickly, returned calls, etc...

Now I'd like to know who has experience with Classic's service department, and if anybody has a name of a service advisor to work with. I've been driving a Mercedes for 10 years and the one thing I'll miss about it is dealing with my service advisor at Ewing Autohaus. She was great and always looked after me.

So, any thoughts on Classic's service department?

^if you search the texas region thread, there aren't too many nice things about classic bmw.

I've only been there to buy parts and they were like any other dealership.

I hear better things from BMW of Dallas.
