Anybody have any good or bad experiences with home builders in this area?
I'm thinking higher end (Kings Way as an example), but any experiences would
help.

stay away from miracle homes, i can tell you that much

Good call on miracle homes... i worked in construction for about a year before i started up my shop. Theres a few bad ones out there. I worked with KC builders... they do all custom homes and remodeling. Smaller company but one of the better.
