In response to the Spotted E30 M3 in Madison thread, this is a WI Spotted thread.

There are specific rules to this thread and if I deem posts/poster to be posting a # of "fluff" posts, I will take action. For the most part you guys have been really good with posting and I want to keep it that way.

Having said that - this is a quality spotted post.

Spotted: White E30 M3 in Germantown. I was over by the Germantown Post Office and I saw a White E30 M on Pilgrim Road heading South. It was around 4:30 on Tuesday.

Basically, you have to be as specific as possible.

Spotted: Hellrot e36 M3 coupe, looks just like mine, but with stock wheels. Driving on PD in Fitchburg yesterday evening around 5 or 6ish.

I saw a black E28 when the cars were lining up to leave - since I only saw the front, I thought it might be an E28 M.

Saw a pretty clean lookin silver e36 M3 tonight...right around Locust and Maryland. Had polished ASA AR1 type wheels on it....lookin good!

I had my E28 535i there. Had to park it on some side lot with some other guys from WI, so it was pretty hidden.

I saw a black E28 when the cars were lining up to leave - since I only saw the front, I thought it might be an E28 M.

Yea, it looks like an M, but its only a 535i. I shadow-lined the trim because I don't like the polished look. Still have a lot of work to do to make it clean.

I've seen seven E34s on the road just in the past week:

Two white ones (one on Lincoln Ave. in West Allis, another one turning West onto Bluemound from Barker Rd.) -- the latter was in sad, sad shape, all rusted out and dirty :(
Two red ones (one in Milwaukee, one turning off of North Ave. onto Bluemound in Brookfield)
Two black ones (one in Bay View, the other parked in West Allis, nicely tinted with what looked like five-spoke Borbets)
And one sweet-ass black Touring way up north on Hwy 8.
I couldn't tell what their specific models were due to traffic, but it sure is good to see proper E34 representation out there! :buttrock

Saw him on Capitol between Hwy 100 all the way out to around Pilgrim Road. It looked real enough...I couldn't keep up with him in the 525. Really, really clean :drool:

I'm usually all over that area but never see any other white e36 M3....especially with black rims and a high LTW spoiler....besides me. But it couldnt be me, I def dont have a stock exhaust....or stock anything really anymore these days...and I don't rev the engine at anyone being an Auto. If it was me tho....we should def hit the interestate some day...I'm always up for some high speed runs...win or lose...don't matter to me. ;)

I also saw a Chicagoland boosted M3 at Walgreens on 76th and Coldspring. I took a pic with my camera phone, had the UUC adjustable wing (I acually have the same wing).

My car is at Project Two right now getting the euro swap and alcantara interior. It also needs suspension work

And yeah, I don't think it looks rice at all either...I think it flows with the front end very well. Who knows tho...ask a purest and they'd prolly flip. Never gonna be able to please everyone. But you went with a euro swap...what kind? Anything else going on that euro motor? That's gonna be once quick ride...hopefully I'll be able to catch a ride sometime.

As far as being stock....I wouldn't consider it stock by any means. So far I've done the suspension, brakes, wheels/tires, some nice engine mods:devillook,exterior stuff (what you see), and then some interior bits. Nothin too crazy. I still have to get to the dyno here soon and see how much I gained from the 24lb'rs, Stickley tune, and the extrude honed schrick intake manifold. :alright

The only time I had her out yesterday was after 6pm-ish. I woulda been coming North on 43 past holt at prolly around 7-8ish I'd imagine. Was on my was to test drive my grandpas "new" C5 vette....which by the way is INCREDIBLE. Considering sellin the M for one now...:shifty But I was only through there for a second, so it woulda had to of been perfect timing.

And I'd imagine that car of yours has to haul! I wish I had the extra cash for a euro...I'm jealous. ;) Some time (before you upgrade the engine) we'll have to run one...on track or not....whatever works for me. I think it would be a very interesting race. Otherwise you could just give a fellow enthusiast a ride at speed. :devillook Are you planning on going to that cruise/car show on the 7th? thats pretty funny, same thing happens on the freeway. all the euro cars tend to find one another and travel in a pack at safe euro speeds :)

A couple months back I ran into a guy with a clean 2002 on Brady st. It was white with white wheels and some fancy bodywork. He asked me how much I wanted for my E30 (which I had picked up a day or two before.)

Spotted a clean, white/blue e30 'vert on I-94 near Miller Park on Monday around 9:20 AM. I think it was Ron from Mad Max Towing. If so, he just bought that car and brought it to the Concours show. It's all polished now and looks great.
