9:30 - Start time. Please be there on time so that we can segregate private parking lots for each of the different Z variants.

11:30 - 12:00 Group photos and caravan formation

12:00 - Caravan leaves for Event's Sports Grill

12:30 - ? Lunch at Event's Sports Grill. Car show, awards presentation and group photo

List the model of Z you are bringing to the museum meet, and whether you are going to the lunch. The museum event is limited to BMW Z's only, as is the car show parking at the Events lunch. Thanks
