2000E39M5 05-13-2008, 07:27 AM What type of rims are those?
Thanks all! Those are MB Essen wheels originally bought for spare wheels, with all the potholes around as I had already damaged an OEM wheel, but they managed to stay.
Nice. How mileage?price? Did you get the oem rims also?
Well I had this car for over a year now. I bought it with 69K and for under 20grand back when the M5 market was still high. I still have all the OEM wheels and what not. Bought her stock. Shes a good car, knock on wood, ZERO problems with her and running up on close to 94K now.

Yeah, I get mixed reviews on the area I took the pics, but we were up there paying respect with my girlfriend for one of her mothers old minister friends when she wanted a picture of her and I didnt want my car to get lonely!

Fiziks 05-20-2008, 01:04 AM That is the second MY2000 with headlights like those. The other one I saw is local to me and he is the second owner and to his knowledge they are OEM.
///M3Vader4dr 05-20-2008, 01:07 AM I'd beat the hell outta that :)

Yes, they are 100% OEM, just modified. The MY00 headlights are easily taken part. Held together with clips, instead of glue. You just remove the stock glass lens (4 in total, 2 in each headlight) then reinstall.
e39dream 05-20-2008, 01:35 AM hot!
brandon5069 05-20-2008, 02:02 AM Oh...you just removed the glass.....
E36 Phantom 05-20-2008, 03:38 AM Oh...you just removed the glass.....
The glass in front of each headlight? WTF? That's effing stupid.
That's needed to create the proper beam pattern, and send the light where necessary. Not having it is unsafe.
Black528i 05-20-2008, 10:47 AM Glad to see someone who actually drives their M5. 25k miles in a year...now that's enjoying your beast!
