PRICE REDUCED! HOLY CRAP! $9000!

Hey guys, I purchased this car 5 months ago. It kills me to have to put it up for sale but the insurance is killing me equally as bad. Here are some details about the car itself:

The Good:
-Low mileage: 91,000 miles (daily driver)
-Manual (PO put on a Bavauto CF shift knob)
-Beautiful Avus paint
-Tan interior almost flawless (more details in a second)
-Matching (1 year old) Navy Blue top.
-To my knowledge, the person whom had it before me but the following on the car within the past year or two:
-Brakes
-Exhaust (OEM)
-Top

The not-so-good:


-Small Tear in driver side seat (side bolster) was there when i got the car...
-Airbag light is on (most likely the censor in the rear seat - it happened for no reason when driving one day)
-The A/C outlet charges the cigarette lighter, but oddly, not anything else (no clue about this one)
-A connecting string in the top snapped a few days ago (top still works fine, just needs to be re-strung)

I take good care of this car - don't rag on it at all. I'm losing a lot of money on this, it's official. My asking price is 9,000, and I really do hate to see it go, but it seems as though this car isn't really condusive to my goal of saving money, as a result of a not-so-good history (about three years ago or so) of driving and insurance going through the roof :(

since you're asking, yes you want way too much for your car. An E36 M3 with similar mileage can be had for 11-12K.

I was figuring about 10,500 would be a fair price considering all thats been replaced and the convertible factor... perhaps not though?

what do you think a fair asking price would be?

Just drove this one. VERY nice. If I don't buy this, someone else should jump on it quick! He's taken excellent care of it and it runs like a top. In excellent condition overall.

The thing drives like it's got 40k miles on it. Not soft and squishy like some higher-mile cars. The engine compartment looks good. I know, it can be cleaned but I didn't see any evidence of leaks and other things. Didn't hear anything I didn't want to hear with the engine running either.

I'll be deciding on this over the weekend. Just debating on whether to buy this or a newer vert with less miles.
