Reposting this after test driving it on the model-specific forums. I don't want to do this...but feel a certain obligation to try...so here goes...

I seriously can't think of another car I would rather have than this, but my two month old baby girl and limited space in Alexandria Virginia force me to ATTEMPT to be rational. Anyway, I am considering selling my 1999 M Coupe (10/1998 build date). Thought I'd throw the specs out there:

just over 59K miles
Black/Black
sunroof
BMW tape deck and cd changer
Dinan supercharger
new Kumho Ecsta ASX tires (still have nubbies on 'em)
UUC lightweight flywheel
M5 clutch
alum thermostat housing and new stat
new water pump
new guibo
Bilstein HD shocks/struts
shock tower mounts with nuts underneath for easier shock replacement
Ireland poly subframe bushings
reinforced subframe (single ear, new diff cover and diff bushing, quarter inch steel bracing across frame rails...there is a thread where I explain it all) done at WagonWork Collision in Alexandria...see my thread at http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=821345)
new front bumper cover with fresh paint
seats treated with Leatherique
glovebox fix done
bmw alarm
only one small ding one on passenger rocker panel
all stock parts (airbox, flywheel, shocks, struts, front bumper cover with no cracks)
Unused M floor mats

The passenger door lock actuator is toast, but everything else works like a champ. All upgrades have about 1000 miles at most on them (the car was stock when I bought it. Slight (typical) wear on driver's seat outward bolster. Very clean, even replaced the only badge showing age.

Asking 24,000. (price considers going rate for 99 Coupes plus the cost of a basically new Dinan S/C (and assorted other mods...which we know don't retain their value usually, and I've factored in even though these are all very fresh) and a properly done proactive subframe reinforcement job).

I've got a fresh kiddo and a job and WAY too little time on my hands, so please ask yourself if you seriously want to consider plopping down that much on a nearly 10 year old used car before requesting a looksee.

Okay, between posting that and the rain this weekend I am TOTALLY bummed!...so please be gentle!

Figured I'd give it a bump for the baby.
