I would like to one that is easy to apply on and wipe off. I have seen results from the Klasse SG but heard it can be a pain in the ass in terms of wiping off. I was thinking of Meguiars #21 or JetSeal. Any suggestions?
BTW: I use Menzerna SIP & Nano if that helps for questions on prep work.

Just my .02 but I have been experimenting with a variety of products trying to find the ones I like best.
I believe that how easy a product comes off depends largely on how the surface is prepared, the temperature and how it was applied. I have used the same sealant on different cars and sometimes it comes off easily and other times it does not. I think the important thing to remember is to follow the directions and work slowly and not try to take shortcuts.

What beshannon said and from my personal experience, I would add that if you want easy on off, try Meguiars NXT 2.0. #21 is PITA. I also like EX-P by Poorboy's, but it need to be applied really thin and even. More reflective than NXT at a price of application/wipe off.
NXT goes on easy, wipes of easy but goes away fast and easy!! GH

Ive used Wolfgangs Deep Gloss and am very happy with it. Got four coats from a 16 oz bottle. Now is being advertised as improved, version 3.0. Available for autogeek.com (board sponsor)
Also have a big bottle of FK1 Ultra Seal sealant, recommended for its anti static properties. Gonna try it soon... MC gets lots of fine dust inside garage.

I use Meg's #21 every 5 months
Every wash is with ONR followed by OID gloss enhancer keeps the car looking great until the next redo of car every 5 months when the #21 seems to go away.

Opti-Seal has worked well for me, too. You can layer it, and if you're in the mood, put a coat of wax over it. It does not seem to be fussy about what is under or over it. People have told me that Klasse SG only works when applied over Klasse All-In-One

I'm very happy using Klasse SG... comes off fine for me - but I slightly dampen the microfibre towel - which helps a ton.
