Ok...so I'm new here and after reading several posts I hope that someone might be able to shed some light on some issues I am having with my vehicle.

Just a brief summary, I bought this car in 2000 and they built it from scratch and shipped here. I am the original owner of this car. Followed all the service maintenance on it. It has about 63K. I was informed by the service mgr at BMW that it should last me another 40K+ or so since it is being maintained so well. Now my concerns:

1) My (R)Xenon headlight just went out and I need to replace it. Is this easy to do? Where can I buy reasonably priced ones? Do I have to replace both?

2) My windshield washer is not spraying. I hear the motor working but there is no fluid coming out of it. I had a mechanic check it out and he told me that the motor is bad???

3) When I warm the car up each morning and when my car has been sitting at my work for 8 hrs without being used, I hear this high pitched screeching noise coming from the front end of my car. As soon as the car warms up a little, it goes away. I have never heard this before. Any thoughts?

Anybody willing to help me out would be awesome!

Thanks

the high pitch noise is most likely the air pump my wifes car has the same issue I took it apart & oiled the bearing but that lasted about a week, just need to replace it.
