Awesome site. I don't much care for the design though. Seems kind of bland. Don't get me wrong, it could be much worse.

I agree with that. I study Graphic Design and just finished a Web design class and I can honestly tell you that the layout and navigation are a bit confusing. I've already used the site for a couple of meets, and it took me too long to find what I was looking for. Just constructive criticism...

Once the site gets used a lot we plan to hire a designer to come in a clean stuff up. However want to make sure it gets used first.
