I got a free invitation to the Milwaukee Mile on June 1st.

Marlboro sent the invitation since i signed up for something and they've been sending all sorts of stuff ever since..

anybody know whats going on that day...??

Circle track racing FTL!!! Road courses FTW!!!

^ Milwaukee Mile has an infield road course, FYI... can't imagine IRL/CART/WTF using it though.

IRL series is strictly ovals IIRC. Champ car was strictly road courses except for 1 oval at the Milwaukee Mile.

I thought they merged though? Did they just all become IRL, following IRL rules, schedule, etc...?

IRL had been running a couple of road courses the last two seasons. Sears Point, Watkins Glen, and I think Belle Isle.

For the remainder of this season it's all IRL. Next season is still upin the air for any of the champ car tracks except for long beach.
